These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Property Wealth ("APW," "we," "us," or "our") website, newsletter, educational materials, downloads, and related services. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
APW provides general education about responsible AI-assisted real estate research. APW is not a real estate brokerage, lender, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, or personalized investment adviser. APW's aggregate liability for a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid APW for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
